Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to join Podeo’s team. The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, confident in client-facing environments, and energized by owning the full sales cycle. They combine strong storytelling and proposal-building skills with a data-informed mindset, understand how brands and agencies evaluate media performance, and are motivated by targets, growth, and long-term partnerships. A natural communicator and negotiator, this person thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn conversations into revenue.


About The Role

The Account Executive will support Podeo’s commercial operations and drive ad revenue growth by developing client proposals, managing leads pipeline, and maximizing client conversion and retention  through polished pre and post campaign reports , and other proactive innovative strategies.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the full lifecycle of brand leads, from qualification and follow-up to conversion ensuring timely followup with strict deadlines.
  • Create compelling customized proposals in coordination with the Ecosystem Success team and briefs tailored to client needs and objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering questions, clarifying scope, and guiding them through the decision process.
  • Drive proactive brand outreach efforts by proactively identifying, contacting, and securing partnerships with agencies, brands, advertisers, and sponsors to support Podeo’s resellers revenue targets
  • Conduct structured sales calls using Podeo’s defined playbooks, including pre-call preparation, clear value articulation, and disciplined follow-up to convert potential brands into advertising partners.
  • Support initiatives to drive revenue growth through advertising sales, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with agencies, advertisers, and clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Own day-to-day pipeline management, including updating CRM data, tracking deal stages, and ensuring forecasting accuracy.
  • Assist in the production of creative client campaigns to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Collect post-campaign feedback from clients and incorporate it into future proposal strategies.
  • Create case studies or success stories to showcase campaign achievements for marketing and sales purposes.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field
  • Deep understanding of media buyers, agencies and advertising across MENA
  • Familiarity with the podcasting industry and its unique advertising dynamics
  • 3–5 years in advertising / media sales or agency experience
  • Arabic & English written and spoken are a must
  • Expert in Google Workspace & CRM Management Systems

Nice to have

  • Master's Degree
  • Understanding of CRM tools and sales pipeline management systems
  • Insight into emerging trends in digital media and podcast advertising globally is a plus
  • MENA experience
  • Slack
